Houdini and Redshift Rendering

RENDERING:

As a general rule, DOF is done in comp, Motion Blur in render.

Command line works the same as mantra, and DOF can be achieved in comp with zdepth info click to see pointers

Much like mantra nodes, you will use your redshift rops to set the quality of your render. I like to create at least two, one labeled test and the other final.
In the rop, "objects" tab functions as it did in mantra with abilities to adjust what objects are included in the scene.

Best way to start is to click the red button on the shelf tool far left - you can render in the ipr render window as well, however to get the correct color management use the Redshift Renderview

Rendering lines/curves

HINT: to render lines set the obj parameter to strands. This is super cool as you can use cylinders, box, strip etc. click here to see it used.
This is similar to the new functionality of the sweep node.
