Sample files contained in this zip 21.0.440:
- COP_Texture_Animation.hipnc - materialX using
animated textures from COPS (tested on the Renderfarm as
well)
This method has been tested. Likely there are other methods that do not involve python, but this I have tested both in gui, in husk, on the farm.
- open the file and write out the textures in the copnet (they will write to the tex folder)
- rop out your files from stage (kermit.usd and usd/grid.usd)
- render command line (command line tools - from launcher on
Windows)
- note for linux, add ticks to '$F4'
husk --make-output-path -o render/test.$F4.exr --engine xpu -f 1 -n 100 -r 320 180 kermit.usd
This will make a render folder if it doesn't exist, render using xpu and do 100 frames with resolution 320 x 180
Override the texture by promoting it and exposing it (right click the gear next to the parameter name, then double click on the yellow tab)
Backticks are on the frame expression

Make sure that time samples are set for the file using the following python code
