Now in CC 2018
- Open Photoshop CC 2018
- File->Open-> select the first file and check the box "image sequence"
- Frame rate window opens (default 30fps)
- If they are jpg you can then use Export/Save to web (legacy)
- note: this did not work with exrs
- Open Photoshop CC 2017
- Under Windows check Timeline
- Click on the icon that looks like a film strip (on the left)
- Add media
- Select your frames (shift select) and open
- From the dropdown hamburger menu on the right corner, right click and select convert frames/convert to frame animation
- From this same menu, select all frames
- Change to no delay and loop forever
- Export/Save to web (legacy)
- Done
Note: If you want to edit your frames, say to crop them or paint
out something, just ensure your layer is at the top after you have
converted it to a video sequence
